What is PlayBOOST?
PlayBOOST is a premium service upgrade that includes advanced community features, new and exclusive games, and access to tournaments where you can win real cash and merchandise prizes.

How much does PlayBOOST cost?
PlayBOOST costs $0.15 USD a day. PlayBOOST subscriptions are paid for with Points; the game currency. PlayBOOST member accounts are automatically charged at 15 Points per day, totaling $4.50 USD every 30 days (month). The points can also be used to enter cash tournaments.

When you run out of Points, your PlayBOOST access is terminated. There is no recurring billing if your account runs out of points. Special discount packages are available by purchasing more than 30 days of access. 100 Points equals $1.00 USD.

What are the benefits of PlayBOOST?
As a PlayBOOST member you have access to many features. These features include:

Points are the universal currency of our site. Points allow you to access PlayBOOST exclusive features, including tournaments where you can win more points. 100 Points = $1.00 USD. This rate is fixed. You are considered a member of PlayBOOST if you have a point balance > 0.

How do I win / get more points?
You can win points by entering and winning tournaments or special limited promotions on the site. These tournaments are almost all PlayBOOST member exclusives. You can also add points to your account at any time by purchasing them.

How do I get more points if I run out?
You can purchase more points through Game Trust's secure purchase system at a rate of $1 USD = 100 points. Some discounts and promotions may apply. Availability may be subject to state and federal laws and participation may vary.

How do I withdraw points?
You may withdraw funds from your account at any time. To make a withdrawal, just click the "My Account" button / tab at the top of every page, and then select "Withdraw." We will use our best efforts to process withdrawals within one week. There are a number of locations you may have your money deposited.

For your protection, checks will be mailed only to the billing address on the credit card account registered with your bank. If you change your credit card mailing address, be sure to change your registered address on your tournaments Account by modifying the credit card information. Withdrawal checks are issued in U.S. dollars. We charge $1.00 for withdrawals by check to offset processing costs and/or bank fees.

What are bonus points, how can I use them?
Bonus points are promotional points associated with certain offers. We offer bonus points, for instance, to first-time players who make a deposit. These points can be used to access PlayBOOST exclusive features, including tournaments where you can win additional points that can be withdrawn. Your bonus point balance cannot be withdrawn. Promotional point offers are subject to change without notice.

Can I withdraw bonus points?
You cannot withdraw bonus points. You can use bonus points to access PlayBOOST exclusive features, including tournaments. If you win a tournament, the winnings from that tournament can be withdrawn.

My deposit was declined, why?
Since Game Trust uses a secure deposit and withdrawal system to protect your money, we utilize some rather sophisticated filters to determine eligibility of a deposit method. If your credit card or paypal account was rejected then there are a few common reasons for it.

  • Holds - If your card or account has any holds on it , it could be rejected.
  • Stolen - Any cards marked as stolen will not be processed.
  • Location - While we do enable people from around the world to use our system and make deposits, some areas of the world unfortunately are not able to make deposits/withdrawals from our system. This is typically because credit card vendors will not process them due to extreme credit card crime rates in those countries.
